Santiago A. Alpizar is a licensed attorney with over 20 years of combined experience practicing law in Cuba and Florida. Licensing in Law
Graduated in July 15, 1983 from Central University in Santa Clara (Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de Las Villas – UCLV, Cuba) as Licensed in Law; I practiced law in Cuba as Criminal Defense Attorney and Civil Litigator until I escaped in a raft on August 1994.
Juris Doctor Degree
On May 2002 I obtained a Juris Doctor Degree from Florida Coastal School of Law . I started practicing law in Miami Florida on February 2004. I have a general practice with emphasis on Immigration, Insurance Law, Criminal Defense including Traffic Citations, and Corporate Law.
Law Degree
Graduated in law from University International of Rioja (Universidad Internacional de La Rioja “UNIR”) on October 3rd, 2022. Obtained homologation of priors Licensure in Law and Juris Doctor Dregree in Spain.
